Bridge Partners Announces Leadership Appointments
New chief customer officer role
Bridge Partners announced today the promotion of Rebecca Jones to chief customer officer (CCO). Jones, who joined the firm in 2009, will focus on growth strategy and will oversee sales, marketing, and delivery leadership.
CEO Richard Albrecht believes the newly created CCO role is critical to the future of the firm. “We work with so many companies that are in the midst of transformative change,” said Albrecht. “Those that keep the customer at the center of their strategy are the ones that win in the marketplace. The consulting industry is no different—customer relationships are everything. Rebecca knows how to reach and engage customers. She understands how to build relationships, compete, and collaborate in today’s growth environment.”
Though she officially began her new role in early February, Jones is already full steam ahead as Bridge Partners prepares to refine and expand its set of featured solutions. Prior to this apppointment, she served as the firm’s practice strategy executive, developing the firm’s portfolio of services and solutions.
“We take pride in applying a relentless growth mindset with our customers. Our focus on customer success and our practicioner-led approach uniquely position us to be ‘truth tellers’ with our clients,” commented Jones. “Today’s business leaders are faced with more uncertainty, change, and opportunity than ever before and I’m excited to take our customers’ businesses to the next level.”
Board of directors appointment
The firm also expanded its board of directors in February when it welcomed Shane Atchisonas its fifth board member. Atchison is the North American CEO of the newly formed Wunderman Thompson agency. Prior to that, he served as the CMO of Domo, Inc. and the CEO of POSSIBLE.
“Bridge Partners plays in the gaps between traditional management consulting firms, marketing agencies, and packaged solution providers. They really understand the growth side of a business, particularly in the technology space,” commented Atchison. “I’ve followed the trajectory of the company and think they are positioned for even more success.”
“We are really fortunate to have Shane joining our board,” remarked CEO Albrecht. “He has years of experience as a founder and CEO and brings world-class expertise in growing service businesses and building winning cultures. I think he’ll be a great fit and bring valuable perspective at a critical point in the evolution of our business.”
