A group from Bridge’s Kirkland, Washington, headquarters attended the Consulting Awards Gala at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront Hotel. The dinner, previously held in New York, made its way to the Pacific Northwest for the first time.
Chase Morgan, a partner at the firm, was part of the celebration Thursday evening. “We are honored to be included in this list of innovative and successful consultancies,” she said. “It’s important to take a moment like this and reflect on what we’ve achieved over the course of the last year. We also appreciate the opportunity to compare notes and learn from common themes experienced across this diverse group.”
With a three-year growth rate of 83 percent, Bridge Partners has had a busy awards season. Earlier this year, the firm earned spots on the Inc. 5000 and the Puget Sound Business Journal list of fastest-growing private companies on the Eastside.
While the awards pile up, CEO Richard Albrecht remains focused on the company’s long-term vision. “We want to build a company that stands the test of time,” he remarked, “one that we’re all proud to work for. With the world around us constantly changing, we must continue to learn and evolve as individuals and collectively as an organization. I love how our teams have responded to our continued growth and all that it entails. We haven’t wavered on our people-focused, customer-driven mission. As a result, we continue to make happy clients and attract top talent.”
