Bridge Partners Named 2019 Best Place to Work
For the fifth year, Seattle Business magazine has named Bridge Partners one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For.” Bridge Partners was ranked 21st in the “Large Company” category.
Seattle Business magazine sent anonymous workplace surveys to tens of thousands of employees throughout Washington state. Each company was then scored in ten categories, including workplace environment, executive leadership, benefits, and communication.
As a top company to work for in Washington, Bridge Partners will be featured in the July 2019 edition of Seattle Business Magazine.
CEO Richard Albrecht shared, “We’re thrilled to earn this recognition for the fifth time. It’s a testament to the values upon which this company was built and a good indication that we’ll continue attracting the type of quality talent that has helped us create happy customers.”
“It’s all about the employee experience.”
“It’s all about the employee experience,” added Managing Director of People and Talent, Christine King. “We believe it goes beyond competitive compensation, a strong benefits package, and professional development. At the core, it’s about creating a workplace where everyone has a seat at the table, and everyone can make an impact with their work.”
