Bridge Partners rocks, literally. Did you know that our Founder and CEO, Rich Albrecht, played a key role in Seattle’s revolutionary rock scene? And he keeps his street cred strong today as the guitar player for renowned Seattle band, Sweet Water. Another one of our leaders, Account Director Lincoln Barr, is also a well-respected and well-loved musician (learn more here). In fact, we even named the rooms in our headquarters after famous guitars, such as BB King’s “Lucille” and Willie Nelson’s “Trigger.”

We are truly a collection of unique talents at Bridge Partners and we believe everyone has the freedom to be themselves here. We bring this upbeat energy to work every day as we work to revolutionize our clients, our workplace, and our planet.

During this Earth Month — and every day — we aspire to build a modern workplace that strives to be a force for positive change through our climate actions and employee-led initiatives like our annual Sustainability Eco-Adventure where we asked our people to contribute songs that remind them of the importance of our planet.
