Why We Believe in a Flexible, Modern Workplace
The world is changing. We believe a different world requires a different kind of workplace.
At Bridge Partners, we deliver excellence for our clients by sustaining a flexible, caring, and modern workplace where our people can be themselves and do their best.
Our people-centered modern workplace attracts purpose-driven professionals looking for work that integrates with their lives while making a recognizable impact for top-tier clients.
“In my almost ten years at Bridge, I’ve been able to manage my work-life balance,” explains Basharat Khan, Director of IT & Operations. “When I need to take time off, I take that time. When I need to take a break, I have the flexibility to take that break. That’s the beauty of Bridge Partners; because I’m committed and dedicated to producing quality work and getting my responsibilities completed, I am trusted.”
Data Proves Work is Changing
Gartner shared that 55% of employees say their ability to work flexibly will impact whether they stay with their employer. Our consultants choose part-time or full-time work that includes medical and retirement benefits, parental leave, connectivity/home-office reimbursement, and competitive PTO.
US Bureau of Labor Statistics calls out that the increase we’re seeing in teleworking will be permanent, but we have been a remote-first organization since our founding in 2007. Because of Bridge Partners’ distributed workforce, we have a reputation for attracting passionate, purpose-driven people who embrace the flexibility of our modern workplace. This has allowed us to expand to 25+ states and 330+ consultants (and counting), with a +60% women workforce. Account Director, Lincoln Barr shares his thoughts on building distributed teams, “Building the distributed, highly-collaborative and close-knit teams we have at Bridge Partners has been one of the great privileges of my career. The ability to create opportunities for high-potential consultants and every stage of their career is hands-down my favorite part of my job.”
Every consultant also receives their own laptop with collaboration tools and gets the opportunity to participate in company-wide activities so we stay connected even in different time zones. Barr says, “Beyond just getting the work done, our team is deliberate and intentional about taking the time to just be together – to connect on a human level.”
How Our Modern Workplace Makes a Holistic Difference
As a respected collaborator in the tech industry for 15 years, we win by developing consultants who care—about our work, our clients, our communities, and each other.
This means that in addition to providing autonomy for our workers, we also believe in providing dedicated time off for giving back and simply having fun with coworkers.

“My role is driven by a goal or the responsibilities I have to complete, not by the time zone or amount of time I need to be online. I balance this out with my personal life and so far it’s been working great for me,” asserts Basharat.
In a truly modern workplace, people can bring their authentic selves to work and integrate their values and interests into what they do. Through our consultant-led communities and councils, we enable leaders to emerge at every level to create company-wide initiatives around learning, growth, and impact. A broad range of topics, such as DE&I and Analytics, allow employees to participate in their interests.
Whether we’re meeting in person or across time zones, people make our workplace. And our workplace helps make our work better.
