RJ is a seasoned executive with over twenty-five years of high-performance and impactful contributions at agencies, consultancies, and enterprise. His career has focused on Client Services, Business Development, and Executive management and he is insatiably curious about purpose, creativity, sustainability, marketing, business growth and human-centered leadership.

 

Prior to joining Bridge Partners, RJ held several senior executive roles at Publicis Sapient, Razorfish, and Microsoft. He began his career in the Seattle office of Avenue A | aQuantive after graduating from the University of Puget Sound and earning his MBA at the University of Washington.

 

In his spare time, RJ is actively involved in his local community and is passionate about competitive swimming, skiing, the pursuit of great barbeque, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
